These costs are estimates and serve as a basis for creative fees. Before any actual hard costs are provided the advertiser/client needs to send us what materials they will be providing, which allows us to provide much more accurate costs.
1. HTML Conversion - client providing any image file (JPG, GIF, PDF, etc...)
2. Embed 1 link = No Charge
3. Embed 2 or more links = $200
4. Creative build-out [using our template] = $200-$300
5. Creative build-out [custom creative from scratch] = $750
The testing process is sent from a central IP/server that is shared and used by all our clients. The tests are not an indication of 'delivery' on our email deployments and are used solely for reviewing the creative content. During broadcasts, our deployments to our database are sent using a multitude of servers, IPs, and domains that are constantly rotating to maximize inbox delivery.
As a general rule of thumb, cut-off times are 2 hours before the close of business to ensure approval on a campaign and guarantee delivery for that day.
This can and will vary on certain busy days of the year, such as those leading up to back-to-school and holidays, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
Any approvals made outside of this time frame will be handled on the next business day, unless otherwise notified (clients must contact their sales representative).
We are in full compliance with all the requirements set forth by the FTC in 2003, as outlined in the CAN-SPAM Act. We can supply a CAN-SPAM Warranty document upon request.
